       2008毕业于中国科学院生物物理研究所获肿瘤生物学博士学位。2009至2014年在美国纪念斯隆凯特琳肿瘤研究中心(Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center)从事肠道干细胞损伤再生。2015至今受聘复旦大学上海医学院和复旦大学附属肿瘤医院组建干细胞再生生物学实验室。课题组目前研究的重点是癌症患者的个性化精准治疗和组织损伤再生。与传统研究手段不同,课题组依托于最新的干细胞类器官(organoid)培养技术(正常组织类器官和肿瘤类器官),并在此基础进行多种抗肿瘤药物和正常组织促再生新药的高通量筛选。建立患者来源的直肠癌类器官样本库,并通过临床试验验证直肠癌类器官能预测患者体内的放化疗效果。先后在国际知名杂志Cell Stem Cell、International Journal of Radiation Oncology/Biology/PhysicsStem Cell ReportsEbiomedicineProtein & CellCancer ResearchCancer LettersCarcinogenesis、中国科学等杂志上发表研究工作, 其中Cell Stem Cell的文章被ESI评为高被引用文章。
