  1995年与1998年于华东师范大学获本科及理学硕士学位;2003年于复旦大学获理学博士学位。2003年至2006年于美国UT M.D.安德森癌症中心从事博士后研究。2006年至2013年任职于上海市肿瘤研究所癌基因及相关基因国家重点实验室,研究员,PI2014年至今任职于复旦大学生物医学研究院及复旦大学附属肿瘤医院/肿瘤研究所,研究员,博士生导师,复旦大学特聘教授。
  2011年国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。曾入选科技部中青年创新领军人才、教育部新世纪优秀人才、上海市优秀学术带头人、上海市医学领军人才、上海市浦江人才、上海市教委曙光学者、上海卫生系统优秀学科带头人;曾获吴孟超医学基金奖一等奖、银蛇奖、明治生命科学奖;曾获教育部自然科学奖二等奖及上海医学科技奖二等奖。
  研究领域为肿瘤分子生物学,主要从事消化系恶性肿瘤发生与转移的分子机理研究,已发表论文120余篇,包括Nature Cell Biology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Cell Research, Nature Communications, Nucleic Acids Research, Cancer Research, Clinical Cancer Research等国际学术期刊;论文被引10000余次, H-index为50(至2021-12)(全部已发表论文,参考:ORCID:0000-0001-8872-668X; Web of Science ResearcherID:I-1497-2014)。
