  2003年于福建医科大学获临床医学学士学位,2006年与2009年于上海交通大学医学院获生物化学与分子生物学硕士学位及肿瘤学博士学位。2009年博士毕业后留在上海市肿瘤研究所癌基因及相关基因国家重点实验室工作,2011年至2013年在斯坦福大学医学院做博士后,2013年9月起任复旦大学附属肿瘤医院/肿瘤研究所和生物医学研究院PI。致力于RNA表型组学和转化医学研究,近年首次报道环状RNA选择性富集于外泌体,并建立首个人类血液外泌体长链RNA数据库exoRBase,发现肿瘤特异转录本LIN28B-TST及潜在意义。迄今发表SCI论文约40篇,引用率3000余次,主要研究成果发表于Nature Cell Biology, Cell Research, Nature Communications, Hepatology, Nucleic Acids Research, Cell Reports等专业杂志上 。


研究领域:

  肿瘤表观遗传及生物信息学研究,主要包括:
  1. 新型非编码RNA/肿瘤特异转录本鉴定及在肿瘤中的作用机制和应用研究;
  2. 血液外泌体RNA高通量测序及其生物信息分析在肿瘤中的应用研究。
