  2003年于福建医科大学获临床医学学士学位,2006年与2009年于上海交通大学医学院获生物化学与分子生物学硕士学位及肿瘤学博士学位。博士毕业后留在上海市肿瘤研究所癌基因及相关基因国家重点实验室工作。2011年6月至2013年7月在斯坦福大学医学院做博士后。2013年9月起任复旦大学生物医学研究院和复旦大学附属肿瘤医院/肿瘤研究所PI。主要从事肝癌发病机制以及非编码RNA调控网络研究。入选上海市青年科技启明星和浦江人才计划,获国家自然科学基金青年及面上项目资助。目前已发表文章20余篇,主要研究成果发表于Nature Cell Biology、Nature Communications、Cell Research、Hepatology、Nucleic Acids Research、Science Signaling等专业杂志上。


研究领域:

  肿瘤表观遗传及生物信息学研究,主要研究方向包括:
  1.新型非编码RNA和相关蛋白鉴定及其在肿瘤中的作用机制和应用研究;
  2.高通量测序及其生物信息分析在肿瘤中的应用研究。
