  2001年毕业于中国科学院微生物研究所,获得博士学位。2001年至2005年先后在美国休斯敦霍华德·休斯医学研究所、美国M.D. Anderson肿瘤中心从事博士后研究工作。2005年任美国德克萨斯大学M.D. Anderson癌症研究中心病理系讲师,并于2008年升职为美国德克萨斯大学M.D. Anderson癌症研究中心病理系助理教授。2010年回国工作,担任复旦大学附属肿瘤医院研究所研究员,博士生导师,实验研究中心/研究所副主任。20126-8月作为客座教授在日本金沢大学癌症研究所工作。2013年至今,任复旦大学附属肿瘤医院研究所研究员,博士生导师妇科肿瘤/肿瘤化疗研究课题组长/PI;复旦大学附属上海市第五人民医院特聘教授,博士生导师,中心实验室常务副主任,组织样本库/慢性病平台负责人。

      杨恭教授目前在JNCI、PNAS、Clin Cancer Res、JBC、Cancer Res、Theranotics、Molecular Therapy、Oncogene、Cancer letter、European Journal of Cancer、International Journal of Cancer等国际知名杂志上发表SCI论文近70余篇。主持国家自然科学基金/重大研发计划5项,教育部博士点基金博导类1项;上海市浦江人才计划1项;上海市卫生局局级基金2项;参与科技部重大研发计划(子课题)精准医学项目 1项,重大慢性非传染性疾病项目(子课题)1项。
