  陈海泉教授,复旦大学附属肿瘤医院胸部肿瘤多学科首席专家,复旦大学肺癌中心主任。现任美国胸外科学会(AATS)会员及会员发展委员会委员、美国胸外科医师协会(STS)会员及国际关系部委员国际理事、欧洲胸外科医师协会(ESTS)会员、美国胸科医师学院资深会员(FCCP)。中国胸外科医师协会常委、上海胸外科学会副主任委员、上海市抗癌协会胸部肿瘤委员会主任委员。Journal of Cancer Research and Clinical Oncology副主编、Disease of Esophagus、American Journal of Translational Research编委;Journal of Clinical Oncology、 Carcinogenesis、 Oncogene、 Annals of Surgical Oncology、 Journal of Thoracic Oncology、 Annals of Thoracic Surgery、 Lung Cancer、BMC Cancer、OncoTargets and Therapy、The Journal of Cardiovascular Surgery等SCI期刊审稿人。
  主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目及上海市科委、上海卫生系统重要疾病联合攻关重大项目10余项,发表SCI论文120余篇,其中以通讯作者和共同通讯作者在Cancer Cell杂志(IF=23.523)发表论文1篇,Journal of Clinical Oncology杂志(IF=18.418)发表论文3篇,Clinical Cancer Research杂志(IF=8.722)发表论文3篇。获得国家发明专利3项。2012年被评为上海市优秀学科带头人。曾先后获得军队科技进步二等奖、上海医学科技二等奖、上海市科技进步二等奖。

  肺癌分子生物标志的转化性研究

研究团队:

  陈海泉教授研究团队由临床医生、科研秘书、专职实验人员及在读博士、硕士研究生组成。团队研究以肺癌靶向治疗为重点,本着“From bedside to bench, From bench to bedside”的研究理念,积极将研究成果向临床应用转化。团队目前主要研究方向为发现新型可作为治疗靶点的基因突变,以及致癌基因突变相关靶向治疗耐药机制研究。通过采用二代测序、Ion Torrent测序、直接测序法,我们团队对非小细胞肺癌致癌基因突变谱进行解读,并在国际上率先定义了ROS1和RET融合基因。通过整合细胞体外实验、动物模型构建、临床标本及预后随访,我们建立了完善的转化医学研究平台,培养了众多的硕、博士研究生。
