  2004年于武汉大学获理学学士学位,2009年于武汉大学获遗传学博士学位,随后赴美先后于印第安纳大学医学院和杜兰大学医学院从事博士后研究,主要研究方向为抑癌蛋白p53和原癌蛋白c-Myc等在肿瘤发生中的调控网络和作用机制。2016年1月回国任复旦大学生物医学研究院和复旦大学附属肿瘤医院/肿瘤研究所青年PI。在Cell Death & Differ、Oncogene、J Mol Cell Biol、JBC、Genetics等杂志发表SCI论文20余篇。


研究领域:

  1.突变型p53在卵巢癌发展和恶化中的调控网络及功能研究;
  2.核糖体应激对p53和c-Myc的调控机制及其在肿瘤治疗中的转化研究;
  3.非编码RNA在肿瘤发生中的调控机制研究。
