  复旦大学附属肿瘤医院大肠外科主任、复旦大学附属肿瘤医院大肠癌多学科协作组首席专家、复旦大学大肠癌诊治中心主任、中国抗癌协会及上海市抗癌协会大肠癌专业委员会主任委员、美国临床肿瘤指南(NCCN)中国版专家委员会委员、NCCN大肠癌临床实践指南(中国版)外科执笔人、主要从事结直肠癌基础和临床研究。主编《结直肠肛门肿瘤》,北京大学出版社2005年;《循证结直肠肛管肿瘤学》,上海科学技术出版社2015年。近5年发表医学论文60余篇,其中SCI 30余篇,2012获得上海市科学技术及教育部科技进步二等奖,第一完成人。先后参与承担国自然、国家863、973、复旦211等重大科研课题,累计经费2200余万。


研究领域:

  从事腹部肿瘤外科32年,重点从事大肠癌、胃癌、软组织腹膜后肿瘤、恶性黑色素瘤的临床及基础研究。注重临床工作,具有扎实的基本理论、基本技术和技巧;具有广泛的肿瘤学知识和临床经验,提出:手术切除的肿瘤根治性和姑息性手术的处理原则;肿瘤手术的无瘤、无菌、无血、微创的操作原则;对无瘤操作、电刀使用、根治规范上有新的发展;对大肠癌、胃癌、软组织腹膜后肿瘤、恶性黑色素瘤的诊治达到国内外先进水平;自1983年起参加肿瘤手术超过12000例,其中主刀胃癌手术超过3600例,大肠癌手术6000例,近3年每年大肠癌手术550-650例。


研究团队:

  自2005年来担任复旦大学大肠癌中心主委、肿瘤医院大肠癌多学科协作组首席科学家,对大肠癌诊治方面的各种治疗方式、综合治疗、个体化治疗有较深的理解,形成了国内最好的大肠癌MDT队伍,团队包括大肠外科、放疗科、肿瘤内科、病理科、放射诊断、内镜科、肝外科、介入科及中医科,积极推动了国内大肠癌的规范性多学科综合治疗的发展。
